Level 3 is out!

Here's what this update looks like:

The location of level 3 within the town is on the docks. I feel like this gives the game a sort of progression, because you're moving your way through the snowy winter town as you proceed through levels.

I experimented with different physics update types for the snowball, but decided quickly to stick with the previous implementations.

I also fixed an interaction where the player could move the object with the joystick and cheat :(
